    Hi guys,

I am undecided on whether I should get the 4 or 5 pack leaf springs from Wheelers. I am currently running the 3' Toytec coils with 5100s all around. I want to purchase the 5 pack but am hesitant because I'm afraid they may make my rear end sit a bit higher than the front. Does anyone have this setup or have pics they can post of this setup? I'm sure they will settle eventually but I've also heard stories about the 5 pack still sitting higher than the front after months of use. Any input or advice is greatly appreciated.

 3' springs? Jk. You are running ToyTec/Eibach? IMHO I was going to go with 4 leaf but stopped after reading how people got less lift with the 5 pack the expected so I went with the 5 pack and I am so glad I did. It's not as high as I thought it would be but wouldn't matter I would have just adjusted my King up front to match. I bet with 3" up front like you have the 5 pack will sit ass low and you will have a bro ride. Honestly I don't think the 5 pack will be high enough for 3" lift. You might new longer shackles or maybe Dakars 2.25" vs 1.5" Wheeler's 5 pack. And FWIW the 4 pack is for stock height so you def don't want that.

I have the 5 pack, and love it, but I only got an inch or less of lift from it. I definitely did not get 1.5" of lift. Depending on when I measure, its 0.75-1.0" Either way, if you have a 3 inch lift up front, idk what you're worried about; even with the 5 pack, you're rear will still be at least 1 inch lower than the front. If at that point you want to level it out, you could always get a 1" shackle from Wheelers, that would most likely level things out perfectly.

Thanks for the input guys. I am leaning more towards the 5 pack. With my front coils settling a little bit, you think I would still need extended shackles even with 1.5' lift in the rear? Check out my pic of how she sits now. You think I would still need more than 1.5' in the rear?

those are stock leaves in the rear of your truck? Im pretty shocked the front doesn't look higher (or the back doesn't look lower). You're best bet is to try the 5-pack, see what you think. If you want to add the shackles in after the fact, they're cheap to buy, and easy/cheap to install, decent option.

Install the 5 pack and if you need longer shackles you can add them later. They are easy to install.

Yeah, the truck isn't quite on a flat surface as well. So angling may have been bad when the pic was taken. I've been running the springs since April so they have settled down a bit. My rear spring have a slight frown to them and ride as hell on the dirt. I'll go ahead and try the 5 pack. Is it possible to remove a leaf from the 5 pack if it sits too high? Do you know if it will ride the same as the 4 pack if one leaf is removed? Thanks.

    Look at build!
I built my own 5 pack and got about 3.5" so .5" higher than the front and love it!

& they flex great! I will be getting a longer shackle most likely though in the future

You should be able to remove a leaf if so desire but why? 5 vs 4 = less axle warp. I went from stock 4 to the 5 and it rides so much better.

Some lift, some armor, some scratches..
if you've got 3" up front you will have to go with the 5pack AND a longer shackle/aal to be level or close to it. with just the 4pack u will sit WAY low..

I have 881's/nitrosports/10mm spacers up front giving me about 3"

With the 5pack and 1" shackle I sit at least 3/4" lower in the back. I plan to get an aal in the future in order to hold more weight and sit level (or slightly high in the rear)

Dakars w/ a lift shackle or the AP 3" springs might be a better fit IMO as I'm not super pleased with the lift of the 5pack, but I'l figure a way to make it work

See my thing under Post count for full details but: Eibach's up front (same as you)
Wheelers 5-Pack in the rear with their 2" AAL and a 3* shim (the shim gives another 1/4" or so.)
Measurements a hundred or so miles later (Center of hub to bottom of fender flare):

    FL: 24"
    FR: 24"
    RL: 25.75"
    RR: 25.5"

I've probably settled ~.25" in the rear since.

So your gonna spend a shit ton of money on springs that hardly provide lift over spending $100 tops for the same thing except you can build them how you want...
