Also. if your on a budget I'm pretty sure 20 in wheels are gonna run you a pretty penny! For my steel wheels that are solid black 15 in with 33x12.50's it only ran me $900. Im just giving suggestions based on your "budget"

im guessing you don't do a ton of offroading then?

any tire over 32 is going to rub a little bit.

33x12.5s will always rub when getting stuffed and turned. But the backspacing is very key to it all.

OP: stay on a 15'' rim, cheaper tires man..

also unless your a pre runner you can't do more then 3'' of lift without killing your CV axles or without doing a DB lift.

Since you thinking of doing 20'' rims..im going to assume your not an offroader but more of a mall crawler dude in which case the DB lift and a 35'' tire will look fine. Don't expect a great ride or flex from it though.

Honestly tho..3'' of lift on 33'' tires looks awesome and is the best combo for our trucks IMO.

Check out 5100s and Eibach coils for a great 3'' lift up front and cheap too. As for back AAL is the way to go but you'll have bro lean if you do the Eibachs and 5100s. A new Leaf pack will be better but is much more expensive. Worth it though.

so the kit that i showed on the other page will work fine with a 33x12.5 if i get the correct backspacing on the rims?

im finding this hard to believe that you didn't have to trim on 12.5 wide tires..but cool for you.

    Whats the BS?

    3.75 is ideal

since the last couple of comments have been on off-roading, do any of you have rocksliders on your trucks? i wont be off roading but i like the look they have. are they useful as steps, or are they tucked realy tight to the body?

they run right along the bottom of the rocker panels usually even or a tiny bit higher then the frame to protect the body. will be totally pointless on a truck with a fabtech lift as they are hardly steps as it is. More of an obstacle you have to jump to clear to get into the truck. And im only at 3-4'' of lift.

also with 4'' BS i think you will rub on the frame in tight turns and possibly the UCA with a 9'' wide rim.

well being as i wont offroad what if i fliped them since they are already at an angle to be used as steps? and i still tuck them high and tight to the body. because being a x cab they dont make any step bars with the droped step like the ones from RBP
or do they i havent found any.

there are tons of side steps available. Just google.

again..sliders..NOT steps, even flipping them wont do a lot of good. yes they kinda work..but not going to help in your case.

    For 1k....

If you cant do it yourself your looking at a spacer lift parts are about 400-500 then plus labor = 1k

If you can do it yourself than maybe look into OME systems or ebaichs + 5100's bilestins but some dakar leafs = around 1k
