Blew a tire in the dunes, snapped some leafs, and destroyed a rear bumper!

Guess my taco went a little to hard

So my question is what should i buy for a cheap 3 inch lift? I dont want bigger tires so would it look awkward with a 3"?

Or is there a way to coilover a 6" lift until i decide to get bigger tires?

Also, what is a cheap decent lift going to run me?

Should've kept the bike in the sand and not the taco. Done that many a times, and I'm sure I will do it a few more! Just don't get a spacer lift. They ride like crap and wear everything out.

Well, i like to play a little in the dunes. I like to drive lots of gravel roads, and do some very minor crawling.

In a few years or so i will be ripping whatever i put on it and be putting some long travel on it, but for now im looking for more clearance and a good look really

i had 3'' lift from Eibachs and 5100s and then 4.5'' out back with a Wheelers 5 pack, wheelers AAL and 1'' lift shackles all on 31'' tires. It didn't look horrible..was a bit odd at first. Then i put on 1.5'' wheel spacers and it looked great.

However..there is no such thing as a cheap lift..

do some research..do it right, and your be very happy. Go cheap..and you'll regret it later..

Do it right, or don't do it at all

    Thanks man..that was a little over a year ago..much has changed..

but yes it was Eibachs and 5100s, i still have them.

however due to the fact your a 4 banger it'll lift the front a bit more..not a ton, but still more then mine.

as for the rear you are in the same boat as me being a 96 as well  Your choice of leaf packs is kinda small..

but i still have the Wheelers 5 pack and AAL and 1'' lift shackles(and another leaf now but different story) and they rode great and flexed awesome.

you'll need 10'' long rear shocks tho, and taller bump stops.

    Great setup tho.

a AAL is not going to lift the rear higher then the front..not in his case..hell not really in anyones case hardly.

OP: New leafs are always a better way to go..but they are NOT cheap  the Wheelers leafs post above me will still give you bro lean(front higher) I have shackles and the leafs and was almost level(still nose high) i then add the AAL to the pack and had the stance like i posted above.
