2004 F-350...uh lots of motor work to go fast...er. Way to much to list. 2001: 3" leveling kit, ARB bumper, lightforce 240 blitz, 35" KM2s. SOLD 2008: OME 886s 90000 with dakars, LR UCAs, 5% tint, Satashi. SOLD 2015: Flooded and Gone
ya. im just gonna mount them to get a feel, then ill tub the fenders. i already to the fender flares off and ill trim them fenders a little to.
thanks, i got new tires 265/75/16 cooper stt (mud terrain i guess) the tint is limo all around except windshield which is 50% but im thinking of going down to 32%. i dont like the nosey people down here in the south looking in my truck seeing if there is anything interesting.
i cleaned, sanded with heavy grit for roughness then a softer grit for smoothness, then cleaned, primered lightly, then sanded lightly, final coat of primer, wiped down with damp rag then 89 cent flat black rattle can from walmart along with 2 cans of clear coat:) the 35s im putting on are 17s and i have 17" sports from 11' model tacoma that im thinking to get done professionally and have them done in gunmetal or flat black

Thanks! I spent a entire day riding and playing in that creek

A lot of picks of them:) some in my photos. It's going to be a fun experience with some cutting:) I love the tint, the amazing thing is down here in Alabama it isn't legal but a cop has to have a primary reason to pull you over.

What kind of condition were the rims in before prepping them? I want to paint mine next summer but mine are so pitted I don't know how well anything would stick. I would obviously be sanding, but it'd be all by hand and I don't know how well that would work with how bad they are right now.

haha ya it took a little bit of a nice day from sun rise to sun rise the next day. thanks.
polished aluminum, scratched, ricks have hit them. and everything else. just make sure yall dont spray acid on them:rolleyes:my brother owns a etailing business and i used some of his degreaser that has a little bit of acid in it for the tires to get all clean and i sprayed the wheels instead so the look like shit now. but i will redo them sometime. worth the work though. people have asked if i bought them like that or where i got them done professionally at. they are surprised when i tell them i did it:D
just rough the surface up. the scratches are already technically sanded for you....lol

totaled my old Impulse Red 02 TRD DC PreRunner . Here's my new bone stock truck. same thing but an 03 and half the mileage, 82k. liking it so far, hope to put some OME Dakar leafs and Nitrocharger shocks by the end of the year. and I might be able to retrieve my anthracite FJ wheels from my old truck.
