    Asshole runs a red light which hits a van then hits my parked taco. How bad do you think it is

    Truck..not too bad. Maybe a new bumper,tailgate and fix the little banger on the bedside..Providing the frame isnt tweaked.

    time to get a aftermarket bumper and cash in on a tailgate and get something else like tire carrier/net.

    ^ this, think you got lucky, if you want to call it that, that the tree was there. Could have been a lot worse. Hard to tell for sure, but doesn't look that bad. How's the tailgate open and close?
