Mine was considered a nicer rig lol pretty sure they will let me buy back but I can guarantee there will be an argument over the value of the truck... Because you cannot find a 96 sr5 with under 150k miles for less than 10k

And I will not settle on a total loss amount until I have an actual estimate done by a body shop here in my home state Minnesota because they only had an insurance adjuster look at it not a body shop

I picked this up a few weeks ago. It's a 95.5 V6 4WD. It's basically optioned like an SR5 with the exception of rear speakers and buckets. So full power, zero rust anywhere, no accidents, all VIN tags intact. I added wheels/tires I had pulled off of my old 2005 4Runner Limited that were sitting in my storage unit. Only has 109k on it and everything works. The only non-stock item on the truck when I bought it was a Pioneer deck that was installed in 2002. Otherwise it's never been modified and is super clean. I've updated the lighting, added a tow hitch, Scion TC seats and a few other little things since I bought it.

It was the cleanest one I had seen in a while. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but they command a premium out here if it's not beat to hell.

I paid 7,800 for mine two years ago. The exhaust was rotted out and the tires were completely shot but 95,000 miles on it.. Bone stock

Oh and I found out later after I had already purchased the truck that the dealer didn't consider the e brake to be an essential safety feature so they sold me a manual transmission truck with no emergency brake... Is that even legal?

A friend of a friend couldn't take it with him when he moved and I promised to take real good care of it. I am very lucky to have it.
