Bump-Stops - After Lift ?'s

    6" FabTech suspension 3" body lift, 35x12.50R15 BFG AT T/A KO tires, Mickey Thompson Sidebiter wheels, 4:88 front and rear gears, e-locker, "grey wire mod," Hella driving lights retroed to 55w 8000K HIDs, custom grill, Downey chrome air intake w/ AEM filter, AirAid throttle body spacer, Flowmaster exhaust, Alpine audio w/ 12" RF sub, racing bucket seats, black powdercoated toolbox, smoked out black taillights, black headlamps and corners, red LED interior lights, sway bar removed, rear shock relocation, u-bolt flip mod, 01 center console, Relentless Fab front plate bumper, LED fog lights.
    So after lifting my truck with 6 inches of suspension, I realize that my OE bumpstop is quite useless. Right? My plan, in the near future, is to relocate my rear shocks to the axle and do the u-bolt flip mod. What are my options for bump-stops??? I feel like they are quite important and play a big roll when I'm loading my truck down with firewood, and also flexing out the rear axle. What are your guys' opinions on this whole dilema of mine???

    alot of metal, small engine, decent travel.
    caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc
    alot of times theres an extension to drop the bump stop down to where its supposed to be, if you want to make one yourself cycle your suspension and see where you need your wheel to stop, and go from there. theres alot of different types of bump stops, heights, squishyness, ETC. i cant recall any names but i see them talked about in the long travel bs thread alot.

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    Do you have lift blocks or a full leaf pack? if you have blocks nothing has changed for your bump stops.

    Here's what I did..
    When I first put on our AP 3's I welded on the upper extension off of the top striker. At that point, I tack welded the OEM bumpstop to the flip plate on the bottom.

    Recently, after adding the 1.5" shackles I had to extend them even further. I added the lower extension which has the factory bumpstop welded to it.
    Any questions just ask.
