Bent power steering pulley

I get belt noise sometimes and I'm wondering of this it, plus I get a squeaky sound here and there an I'm wondering if this is it....

Over time the edge of the pulley will chew on the belt, eventually causing the belt to split along the grooves.

EDIT: hard to tell precisely if the pulley shaft had bent. There are two mounting bolts that secure the pump to the engine, one bolt to adjust belt tension, and another bolt holding the pulley in place. If any one of them is loose, pulley misalignment can happen, too. See:

It's more likely a bearing has failed then something being bent.

Ya, I guess a new pulley is needed. Bearing shot.
