Don't need a lift with 35" tires. Just need to cut, it's alot of work, more than wha tpeople are willing to do. Unless you are wheeling your truck there is no benefit of it.

Here ya go, 35" with 2.5" lift

Your planning to regear too right?? I had a 97' with 35's and before the gear change it was completely useless. Literally couldn't even use 5th gear at all. With that said I had to do a 6" lift.

And here's the thread on what you will have to do to fit 35's on such a small lift.

Yes, mine is a daily driver.
If I'm easy on it I can squeeze 19MPG mixed and 22-24 highway.

you get better gas mileage with a 6" lift and 35 than i do with my 33" tires.

DD here as well. I get probably a little less MPG than Scuba I think. Tubbed firewalls, trimmed fenders, 5.29 gears 2.7L manual.

If you don't wheel, I wouldn't bother. Just go with 33s, do the pinch weld mod and call it good.

    4.88 would suffice.

^This. Honestly I think I could have gotten away with 4.88s quite easily, but 5.29s are probably more ideal for the 2.7L
