    Dumb question, NEWB..

Will the front bumper (with modification) from my 2001 DC tacoma fit on 98?
Obviously the facelift probably makes this impossible.. Is that correct?

    Thank you,
    -Dan

With modification anything will fit, so it depends on your definition of "fit". The short answer is yes, it can be made to "fit", i.e. bolt in place somehow, but it might not "fit" aesthetically.

I would say park the two trucks side-by-side and take a few measurements. Look at it from the side - is the newer bumper more rounded while the old one is straight, for instance. That will mean that the lines will not match up with the grill etc.

The member's name is slipping my mind right now but he bolted up a 2001-04 bumper and valence to his 1998 with no issues, fitment or aesthetic wise.
