1998 Front Grill Swap

Yeah, I've never seen another around

 

So i have been fighting an exhaust on my 2.7 recently. I have had it in the shop three times so far. The first time they replaced the manifold and gaskets. the second time i had it in, the leak was where the manifold and y pipe bolt together. They smoothed down the surface with a grinder and bolted it back in. But after driving it for 3 days its back, still coming from the same location. Any tips??????????

 

My 95 Tacoma SR5, hit elk at 70mph,replaced core support vintage 2004,replaced both front fenders and hood both 2004,all body lines are the same,took alittle over N hour to remove old support and weld new in,I am a professional mechanic.
