hey guys, couple of questions. The trail gear website doesnt say what size of shackle receiver they have on them. I found a 2'' or 2.5'' receiver online that I want to get for it. Price is $30. Which one should I get or can I keep the stock tow hook?

I know some people here added top plate, anyone not do it and wish they did??

Thanks a bunch, I'm looking forward to getting it all mounted up in about a week. Should be a nice addition to my "build thread"

I just got mine installed today and used a 2" shackle reciver for mine. As far as the top plate it makes it alot cleaner but i opted not to do this.

Nice, thanks. That is sweet looking. what size lights did you get mounted up? mine will be the light force 140 lance which measures about 5.5''. I hope I like em.

Any chance I could hassle you for a picture looking down on the bumper that kind of shows the "void" where people are welding on the plates?

You have to purchase it seperately, notch it and weld it on. It also comes with two light tabs also. If you are looking to buy one call CCOR at 706-207-4140 and talk to Bobbie. They are an authorized dealer for TG and he got me my bumper and light bar shipped for $515.00 tell him that Chris "Iceman" and Greg sent you.

Notch it like a bicycle frame around the crank. To PC one of these you'll need an oven it'll fit into, so most likely it's painted. Rattlecan black is my guess.

I got mine powder coated and it's well worth it. Also when you mount it, be sure to paint everything behind it black and trim your inner fenders a bit. It will look a lot better. :D
