when I turn my wheel all the way, like U-turns.... there is a screeching sound while accelerating or moving in general...anyone know whats up?

also when I start my truck there is a screeching sound for a little while. it goes away after a couple of seconds but sometimes its a little longer. some people suggested it's my AC others say it's the belts..... any idea?

Yes, most likely your accessory belts need to be changed.. Either cracked, grazed, or simply loose. If they recently were changed, or appear in good condition, you may consider checking the tension and tightening them up a bit, espcially the power steering belt, given the screaching on turns.
