P0441 code-tried all fixes???

2002 tacoma 2.4 with p0441 code. I blew out all the lines, gas cap good, both solenoids work, cleared the code and it comes back. The only time I can even tell theres a problem is when it sits out in the sun it is hard to crank or when I fill up with gas it is hard to start(turns over alot before starting). Not sure what to do next. Help!!!

 

Did you check all three solenoids? With my '04, there are two up front in the engine compartment and one by the charcoal canister/gas tank. That was the one that went bad for me when I had p0441 and p0446 codes.
