Just throwing a idea for everyone I thought it was cool and a nifty thing to do. Clips are from big five and mag LED light from Wally World.

Great idea, but should include a strap to retain it in the event of a rollover.

If I rolled my truck I would want to die in it because I love it to death.

i think there is more important things to be worrying about in a roll over than a flash light.

I've seen two Tacos roll over on the freeway and the drivers walked away.

But a rollover was just an example. In any accident, that thing can fly and whoever it hits will not be happy.

I used to keep one on the headliner of my '94. Super easy to mount... there's a Jesus Handle on the passenger side, but the threaded holes were there on the driver side. That's where I mounted the Maglight mounts (same as the OP).

Got pegged on the passenger fender and the Maglight went through the windshield.

This is a great idea. I also would jump in on some sort of strap or velcro to also hold the maglite, GODFORBID in the event of something happening to you, your passengers and your Taco.

I dont think our trucks are so unreliable that one should have to put holes in the plastics. Just put a small light in the glove box and call it a day. Unless job wise....

Normally what I do, but I prefer a double D? LED mag lite.

Lasts forever, and shoots out FAR (I do mountain driving, etc)

quickfists are sweet!

Double sided tape is an alternative.

Just liked the look and it's better than hearing a flash light slide back and forth and riddling and stuff in the glove box and I have my cb mounted in the other side lol Mag light mount idea-imageuploadedbytapatalk1355704401.693955.jpg
