    I did that and I am 99% sure I need to cut..but was hoping to have someone who has installed the CBI bumper to confirm.....mostly because the CBI website said.."only basic hand tools were needed"...I have always defined hand tool as no power..so.....

    All that is is a grinder if you have to cut you can pick one up at HD or Lowes. Cheaper route would be Harbor Freight if you have one they work just as good.
