I have a 99 regular cab tacoma and I know the wheel wells are fairly close to the back of the bed. I know I have to get one of those slanted toolboxes (I think) but what length does it have to be? Is it 60"?

Just put a tape measure to it, and check out Weatherguard. They have the best, most secure tool boxes out there, IMHO...

    Hope this helps,

    Danny

Edit: I think a standard cab bed and an Xtra Cab bed are the same length in regards to the wheelwell-to-front-of-bed dimensions. What works well is a cross bed tool box for a full size truck, mount it long ways in your bed and you have much more room than a cross bed box designed for a mini truck. And there is still room on the sides of the box to haul long material...
