Can't figure out why the lighting behind my heat/ac controls went out. Fuse is good.

LED's commonly burn out behind them, i don't know the size, but i do know they are replaceable. Mine burnt out, i opted to buy another a/c control unit that i found on here for sale.

My vent selector control light went out randomly as we'll. I was looking at it one day and was trying to decide if it ever actually lit up.

The light behind the fan speed selector works intermittently whenever it feels like it. I try not to let it bother me too much for now at least. Just started a couple of months ago.

Hmm. How much was it? I've looked and can't find one.

Have to remove the cup holder, then pry the thin panel off that surrounds the stereo/climate controls using a flathead. Then there is a translucent plastic piece that, when lit up, gives light to the control panel. The bulb is behind that. The bulb is an L74. Not the same as the dash panel bulbs, which are 194's. I had a link for the walk-thru, but it's an old TTORA one and doesn't work anymore. But it isn't too hard.

I have the same problem on my vent selector, and the other two are very dim. I don't know what to make of it, as I replaced all 3 of them with new LED's right after I bought it last year
