I personally really like the Lock-Rite. Being a truck and hardly any weight in the box, you dont notice the "ratcheting" at all. You really have to pay attention and roll down the windows to be able to hear it. As far as off-road durability I yet have to have an issue with it. Delivers 100% power as well. I find myself looking for challenging spots rather than avoiding them. The install was easy peasy as well. I did it over the course of an evening and the following morning...really took my time and labeled everything. Stuck the ring gear in the oven for 40 minutes at 300* and it slid right back onto the carrier. Waited another 15 for it to cool down then started bolting everything back up.

Nice looking truck. Red would be the only other color then white that I'd like to own.
Must say, that's the first wrapped intake tube I've seen.

Nice truck. You gave me the idea to get an intake and wrap it. How do u like that intake and does the wrap do anything? Is it legit header wrap or a knock off or what? looks good tho!

What's the benefit of wrapping the intake tube?? keep the heat of the engine from affecting the intake air temp? not to throw stones, but it looks like duct tape to me and a lil cheesy lol but again I just don't know about it..

I know the benefit of it but was curious how much it was helping. Ive seen people with porsches dropping the intake air up to 50 degrees. Id but happy if it does 10 degrees haha
