annoying squeak?...2003 ext cab

Okay.

I have this un-bearable squeak/rattle??

1) does not happen every day....just at random. could go for a week with no problems, then start again

2) Seems to respond to the gas pedal. If i floor it, its not so bad. If i let off, seems to do it.

3) Doesnt seem to be coming from the engine, more under the seats??

Any info at all?? it is driving me NUTTTSSSSSSSSSSS

 

oh yea.....2003 tacoma....

absolutely no problems, i bought it brand new....97,000 miles now

Seems odd that it responds to the gas pedal but sound is coming from the interior. Possibly a transmission thing? I really have no idea.


I have my own squeaks of different natures. my clutch pedal and pass door squeaks. Passenger door doesn't really piss me off, but clutch pedal is annoying!

Thinking about getting some white lithium grease for both. good or bad idea?
