My first question is do I need to lift my 95 Taco to run 32x11.50 mud terrains and second can I run those on the stock 8 inch rim or do I need to get 10 inch.

these were very helpful posts to the OP

OP, the fitment depends more on the backspacing of the wheels in question, though with tires that wide you may end up rubbing without a lift.

    edit:
on a stock wheel, those are probably going to rub, so you'll want wheels with better backspacing and a lift to make everything fit right
