Can you pinpoint what direction or place its coming from ? i.e. passenger side, driver side, front or rear

Could be your tension pulley or a belt. Or even cam and lifters. My 2010 silverado made the same noises and it ended up being the cam so i scrapped it and got a yota :)

well it didnt start making this noise until i took it to goodyear to get the oil changed, while it was there they called me and asked me if i wanted to get the transmission fluid changed but it didnt need it so i said no. and they said it was turning dark so it needs to be changed but i said no. and the day after i got it back it started making this noise. so im kind of suspicious about them

I wonder if they spilled some oil on the belts, when adding the oil.
    Look for signs of spillage.
