So I want to tow maybe 4500-5000lbs with my tacoma (once a month maybe, 50-100 miles), tow my 4 wheeling rig on a 16' trailer.

I towed around a 18' trailer and didn't notice it, but when we tried putting the rig on it, it sagged too much for my liking, so we used my bros 08 tacoma, didnt sag at all almost (TRD 4.0L double cab auto 4x4)

Best way to prevent sag, without lifting it? I run 31" duratracs, don't want an ADD, then I have a shit ride all the time. I'd like to get a beater ford tow pig, just hate driving full size rigs, so rather not DD a big truck all the time, love my japanese mini trucks.

So you don't want a AAL (add a leaf)? That would be your cheapest route. Its either that or a new progressive leaf pack.

    ^^^^^

progressive AAL will yield a nice ride, but if ur existing leaf pack is crapping out, ur just throwing a band aide on a broken leg.

First off, check ur existing pack for negative arch.

or u can do the OMD deal and have a great capable ride u did urself
