Those have spacers for the front shocks, so NO you can't combine these w/ coils later on. That would yield way too much lift for the stock IFS.

And no, just spacers will not support a bumper and a winch.

If you want to support a bumper and winch with any effectiveness you need a shock and coil combo like bilstein 5100's and eibachs or an OME shock and coil combo.

Then an AAL in the rear.

^this. If your trying to stick with a lower budget 5100s with stock coils would be good for now, then later on add some better coils that will take the weight of the bumper

Would it be better to get billies all around with a shackle or aal in the back?

Looking on toytec eibachs come in a coilover pack and just coils, which one would I need with the 5100's?

Just the eibach coils, then the 5100's will do it for up front.

You have to run the 5100's on the "stock height" notch and use the eibachs which will yield about 3-3.5'' of lift that will eventually settle especially with weight.

and the rear 5100's do not give lift, you need an AAL, shackle, or block to achieve lift. IMO, avoid blocks..

Do you not have a 2nd gen? Or is this for someone else?

okay thanks for all the help, one last question though, shackles vs aal, which will be better? ive heard aals make the ride harsher, and shackles you have to cut the ezhaust which I have no problem with

I think the eibacs are suposed to be set at .85 for 2.5" of lift right?

Edit: dammit, nevermind. 1st gen 2nd gen what are we talking about here

that is for 2nd gens only

1st gens you must keep the 5100's on the "0" to use the eibachs

So there are toytec shackles that add 2" for 100, but there are also toytec aal that seem to add 2" for 85, any one in particular? and im think down the road to get some eibachs and a Dakar leaf pack

Chances are, any 1st gen leaf pack is well worn out by now, so an AAL will help stiffen up the ride and bring the pack "back to life"

Shackles are great, but IMO they seem to flatten out a dying pack more, because they kinda just push down the rear of the pack. They are great on a brand new leaf pack, not an old one though.

The u-bolts toytec sells on their site should be fine. If they are too long, just cut off whatever is left over once you put them on.
