I get about 20 on average during the summer with a random mix of driving (cruising and town). But, i do have a 5spd with about 29" tall tires and I'm about to jump up to 33".

Most of the time I get 18-19. I'm all stock. That is combined freeway & city. A few times I have hit 22 MPG.....

When I first bought my truck and it was all stock I got about 19-22 (highway & city avg). I just checked it about a month ago, but now I have 3" lift, 285/75s tires (265/75s stock) and am getting about 15-18 avg. I do, however have a K&N drop in filter w/ deckplate mod and run Royal Purple full synthetic oil. I never checked it after the lift and tires but before the K&N, deckplate, and Royal Purple so I'm not sure how much those mods helped the mileage.

What i do to figure out MPG's is fill your truck completely full and clear one of your trip odometers. Then when you go to fill up again, fill completely up again and try to pack it about the same amount. Then, however many miles you went, divide it by the number of gallons you put in. (i.e. 250mi / 12gal = 20.8 mi/gal)

    Last tank was 15mpg.

Note this is with "winter" gas and being in 4wd a lot due to the snow and ice.

I don't think you need to pack it the same amount each time.

Just make sure to start off with a full tank. Whenever you fill up, make sure to take note of how many miles you went before you got to the gas station. Divide that number by how many gallons you filled up with. This'll give you miles/gallon.

Between 20-22 and thats with a 2.25 Donahoe lift and Deaver springs, 265/75R16's...its an auto too. I do run FP60 Plus every fill up.

I fill up from empty and get 278 miles until empty again, this is with a 5spd and cold air intake, flowmaster muffler ,no other mods.

Altitude has made a huge difference for me. Up here about 5000ft i've been getting 15-18. Seems to be worse this winter. Maybe harsh weather or winter blend fuel. During the summer drove down to Sacremento and over to San Fran. Up to 21 on the highway.

I just checked mine, and wow! Im only getting about 13. On winter fuel ofcourse. But still.... that sucks!

Im ganna try to change my fuel filter and see if that helps. Ive done everything else I can do, and hasn't helped much.
