99 tacoma will not start....

    i just got a 99 2.7l. and it does not want to run... it tries to start just will not turn over all the way. i replaced the coil pack and nothing happened.. the fuel filter and pump are also new. any ideas on what it could be?

    Any codes ?(check engine light). It cranks but no start? Is that what you mean

    yes the check engine light is on. but i do not know the codes a mechanic read them and said it was the coilpack or bay 2 and 3 but the new one did nothing

    You should get them checked again(by someone else/borrow a code reader). What where actual codes?
