Used bed boxes that will fit a 2003 regular cab base truck

Can anyone verify that I can use a 1995 to 2004 bed as a direct bolt on replacement for my wrecked 2003 regular cab bed (approx. 6 foot, 3 inch bed)? or should I stick with a 2001 to 2004 bed?

For each of those years

Will it bolt right on?

Just curious if the tail lights will will match so that they will "drop right in" to the used bed?

Will the fuel hose to the tank match up to the fuel tank filler door?
