Although the trophy truck is definitely a whole nother level, a well tuned truck with 16-20" of travel can do suprisingly high speeds through some pretty nasty terrain.

so I'm supposed to throw my MY LT dreams away because I'll end up with less travel?? Nay, sir.

duhh obviously a professionally built truck like that is going to blow any LT kit we can get out of the water. my point being the whole world of long travel cuh
    ray zee.

This thread has amazing legs considering the original poster hasn't even bought a truck yet.

But, here's something to consider: if what you really want is LT, the cheapest easiest way to get it is bide your time and buy a truck that someone else has already LT'd.

I'd also agree on buying an already LT'd truck. It's cheaper, but you have to know what your looking at. If you start looking at buying a truck, make sure you know what you're looking at, or bring someone that knows their stuff.
You don't want to be buying some half-assed truck that looks like a good deal but is actually garbage.
