strange engine performance

98 tacoma v6 truck bogs down so I have decrease throttle until it comes up again, it has good fuel pressure , it only can be driven slowly right now. What could it be?

Id guess restricted exhaust- plugged up cat? or maybe there is actually a cat or a squirrel in your muffler.
Toss a fuel filter on there, could be restricted - ive seen good psi at the fuel rail but it just cant get the "flow" because of a gunky filter..

I'm with UncleFrancis on this. I'd check your catalytic converter.

your cat converter and O2 sensors are usually going to be the culprit in this situation. Considering your truck is a little older it's a good possibility your cat is plugged up.
