EFI fuse near battery. What does it control?

In a 2003 base truck there is a fuse box near the battery. One of the fuses is marked EFI. What is the function of this fuse?

Reason I ask is that I want to crank the engine over in order to build up oil pressure without actually starting the engine...if this fuse cuts out the fuel injectors from functioning, then maybe this is the way to do it.

I always prefer to disconnect the coils to crank an engine without starting it for oil pressure build. The EFI fuse will work, because it is one of the power fees for the ECU, but I have personally just disconnected coils myself.
