My truck had a high NOX in 15mph but good in 25mph. Do I need to replace the EGR. Did cleaning using Carb cleaner. Also in the metal port of the EGR tried to claen it using piano wire but it won'y go all the way. Probably that the way it is?
    Here's the smog results.

Before you go back to the smog guy, get some seafoam use it on the vacume port on the pass side that connects to the break booster. directions are on the can, use most of the can. Put in some gas treatment stuff, with a 1/3 of a tank. Drive the shit out of it, make sure it stops smoking.

Then pull your plugs if the good spray them down with carb cleaner and put them back in. If not replace. Change your oil if its not that new.

Then I pull my o2 sensors and clean them with electric cleaner, reinstall.

Then check vacume lines for leakes.

The last thing is to pull your EFI fuse after all of this to reset your ecu.
drive out the rest of your tank.

This will help you pass smog.

Thank you for the immediate response. I really appreciate it. Now I reclean my egr with carb cleaner. I use piano wire to
Clean the small Pipe in the bottom of the egr but it wont
Go through. I applied vacuum but it won't hold. Is this
Clogged? or that the way it's. Please let me know. I don't
Have any car to go around.

Yes that could mean that it is, try soaking it over night in some diesel, or seafoam or some other solvent. Usually when you check it the next day the glass that you left it in is black. This will help loosen it up.
