Axle Wrap & Traction Bar

I notice that my 99 Tacoma (stock) has some axle wrap at take off. As I understand it, Traction bars are supposed to stop this wrap. Can anyone recommend a traction bar for a stock (no lift) Tacoma or another way to prevent the wrap?

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

In most cases, an AAL will eliminate the Axel Wrap, but it will lift the rear up. Any trac bar should be able to cure the issue.

traction bars are usually pretty expensive..................but you can get a set of helper springs from autozone for around $25, and they will help eliminate the axle wrap.

I remember reading on pirate 4x4, and there was a thread about a single-link anti wrap bar.

Someone basically welded a bracket to their pumpkin, and then attached a mount to the cross brace where the center support bearing sits.

from there, double heim joints, and voila a top mounted anti wrap bar, that articulates with the rear axle through full motion, and doesn't effect ground clearance.
