96' Tacoma 2.7L 4 Cylinder - AEM intake giving me check engine light - Running lean

I recently for a 96' Tacoma 2.7L 4 Cylinder with AEM intake giving me check engine light - code said it is running lean. It stated shortly after the intake was installed.

I am somewhat new to mechanics and any help on trouble shooting this issue would be greatly appreciated. I must get the smog done within 10 days and need to figure this out.

The truck does have a small crack on the top of the exhaust manifold but did pass smog with it in OCT. and never threw a check engine light because of this.

Again, any help on where to start would be great.

 

there are a few vacuum hoses that may not be hooked up because the AEM may or may not have the fitting for it? Check to see if there are any hoses unplugged.
