Will 15" wheels clear the calipers without grinding some?

Yes they will. There are several options for 15" wheels that do not hit the calipers. I run an alloy wheel called black rock. I think they are a nice wheel with a nice price of $100 per wheel. I got them from discount tire.

So all 15 inch wheels won't clear calipers?

No, but the ones Wheelers sells will.
Its hard for a seller to know unless they are familiar with Toyotas.

I have a set of 15" wheelers type b but I'm not running them because I live in a wonderful state that uses salt on the roads in the winter = rust.

I'm not much of a rock crawler so I'm going more towards a Mickey Thompson alloy or like something like a Mickey Thompson classic 2 or 3 but that's what style I wanna go with but it's all pretty damn confusing to me haha but it's weird like I want a deep wheel I'm just confused hahaha noob questions
