I found a really good deal on some 33 mickey thompson mtz's on some really nice chrome 18'' wheels. Right now i'm running 265/70/R16 and one has a slow leak and they are getting pretty bald. I have a 3'' leveling kit in the front, and nothing in the rear. I'm thinking I should be able to clear these 33's with 3 inches of lift in the front, or am I wrong and wasting my money buying these?

    Should be able too.

But by leveling kit I'm assuming you have spacers and probably a block out back. So your suspension is probably sagging.

Ether way you will have to cut the pinch weld. Possibly fender a bit depending on the back spacing on the rims.

You'll need some 3.75" Back spaced wheels to clear the frame and UCA. Then start cutting and hammering

My tire guys did a test for clearance before I bought my 33s,. We saw what little had to be nibbled out to clear beforehand with a modest 2.5" OME lift in front.

If you're buying from an outlet like KAL or Fountain, I'm sure they'll do the same.... if not, try on the same MTs at an outlet anyway!
