Realistically how hard is this. My Cab is beyond body repair so i would like to get it better looking. Now Ive pulled a few cabs off ie; Ford 6.0 to do engine work but never a taco. Obv the same amount of work is involved do you guys think this is realistic?

Is there more wrong with the cab than what is in the picture? Based on the amount of time and effort it took Monte, I'd say it'd be much easier to just get two new door skins, front fender, and bedside. Heck, looks like a great opportunity to go with glass fenders if you like the style.

The cab is folded over in many spots, I mean it would take at least over 40 hours of work to get it some what straight. but still look like shit. the bed isnt a concern to me same with the fender

So yes, much more damage then what the picture shows then. In that case, as already mentioned contact Monte. He also had quite a pictures of the process in his build thread. Not sure what page it all starts on exactly, but he rolled it in May 2012 in Moab and started the swap sometime that summer.

    Good Luck!
