'01 Prerunner U-Joints...

...are all 4 the same (including carden)?

 

Front u joint (transfer case) and back u joint (differential) are the same, the cardan u joints are not available at all. I removed all of them from my drive shaft, went to the dealer, they said they were all the same, so I bought 4. Go to put them in and they're not the same!!!! And they aren't available . I couldn't find them, after market or dealer. i had to get a new drive shaft section. Don't mess with the cardan joints. Maybe someone else found a solution, but I had to get a new shaft from Toyota, on which I was shafted, hard

 

The Double Cardan joints are available and install is not that big of a deal, just a little different.
