Well with the help of TTORA members: JFAB, Jayce...and TRD4Runner, Aaron, we removed, installed, removed and installed my ARB and Trail Gear bumpers.

My old ARB, is now on TRD4Runner's Tacoma.
Now I'm running with the Trail Gear.
We got to say it was super simple to do both bumpers.
I thought I was going to have to compensate for my 1 inch body lift.
But after we installed the bumper it looked fine.

Even Aaron's Tacoma, which is a 99, we saw that other people had to cut and weld to get the ARB to fit.
After dry fitting with out the frame adapters, we opted to modify the crush can's bolt holes, elongate them, to allow them to bolt right up.

Jayce welded on the light tabs for my LightFORCE fog lights.
I had the tabs mounted inward, so the fog lights would not be protruding past the bumper too much.
We all were done by noon... We started at 7 am
When I got home, I still had to rewire the turn signals and my rock lights.
Going to reattach my BUDBUILT skid plate tomorrow morning... It's already hot.

Not going to do install instructions, because there are others out there.

My 1-inch body lift is treating me great.
    No issues.
The only reason I bought one, was that my CBI Clamp-on's were bearly rubbing the underside of the cab.
If I wheeled hard, I can hear it tough.
So instead of removing and grinding off the top edges of the clamps, I opt'ed for a BL.
    Go figure.
If you go with a body lift get the one from Roger Brown.
    THE BEST out there.
    See my write up below.
