Clear Corner Lights

I am looking for a pair of Clear Corner Lights for my 04 Tacoma PreRunner. I cannot find them anywhere buy Ebay motors. Are online retailers not allowed to sell these? Are they illegal?

i've been thinking about getting these too and i found them on ebay. theres not a lot of them on there but there should be some.
