I would also like an answer to this, minus the tent part.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
A lot depends on how you'll use the truck. I was poor when I got my 95, so I did a combination spacer and top plate spacer lift at first. Truck handled like straight dogshit because of the preload on the coils. Out back it had extended shackles.

Then I was able to afford a nicer adjustable coilover strut, and upgraded to Dakars out back. The truck handled much better at that point.

If I still had the truck I would go with the full OME setup in the front and keep the Dakars out back, which is the same setup I'm running in my 2011.

Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
I think this is what I'm going to go with for my '97 (which will work on yours): . The only change is that I'm considering going to a 3 leaf AAL.

Wheelers also carries the OME kits that was referenced above:

OME seems to be what many people get. I have the OME 880 coils on Bilstein 5100's and they ride very nice. I have OME Dakar leaf springs sitting in my garage waiting for this weekend to be installed. I will let you know how it rides when I get my stock leafs off that have a negative arch and install the higher quality dakars.
