Power goes flat up hills on top end

    2001 Tacoma double cab prerunner limited
    Cel comes on and goes off. It's been on for a whole now. Here's my problem,the engine just goes flat when going uphill round 80mph then starts sputtering like it wants to break free very frustrating especialy with a trailer
