    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    NGK on one bank and Denso on the other. Don't ask why it is, no one knows the definitive answer.

    anyone know the exact ngk and denso it is? would it be okay to do all the same plug?

    Tow package, XM Satellite radio, K & N Air filter, & Channel Vent Visors
    I replaced mine with NGK Irridium plugs. I bought them @ Advanced auto parts.

    You should only replace your plugs with NGK or Denso.

    I noticed some of the ones on sparkplugs.com arent dual grounded. Is it necessary to have spark plugs with dual grounds?

    Yes, because it's what's required for the 5vz-fe V6.
