RS3000 functionality

    So I have a dealer installed RS3000.

    Useful little bugger although my remote is going bad.

    SO!

    I ordered a new one and it hasn't gotten here yet but the remote that I bought is an aftermarket 4 button remote (yes, it has the correct FCC).

    Is there any way to configure the RS3000 for the additional buttons? I like the idea of a locking tailgate and if I can get the remote to do it then I'll be all that much more tempted to modify a lock in order to do so.

    Any input would be much appreciated!
