    Look at build!
Look at the demello site, its similar to theirs as well as box rockets and I can do it similar to Rucas with the steps on the face of the bumper etc. Oh and one will have a swingout installed for around $750 plus shipping.

Is it possible for you to build something similar but all tube (Like 4xInno)?
What would be the rough cost (including swing out)?

Not at all, im like you, idc for how far up the TG wrap arounds go and so forth. I made mine small yet enough to protect a little more than just an impact from the bottom, but ill do it however, if you only wanted the bottom wrap around that's cool by me and I can drop some $$ off for the tubing loss and get the bumper to you cheaper!

Yea heres my tube version, haven't done a singout in one yet but it shouldn't be too hard. Im building a tube bumper for the 83 im building now with a swingout and the way I have it planned should work out pretty nice! So ill keep you posted since this is the first tube bumper ive done with the swingout in it!

    temporary_zps30cbd8ae-1_19154bdd174d76070d79f1b614b33c844dc92506.jpg

This bumper I believe with the hitch and wrap arounds and the towing upgrade was $540-ish, but I haven't made one since that one quite a few months ago and have since switched metal suppliers and am now only using DOM tube for what I was paying for HREW.. So I need to re figure costs in that bumper but id expect it to come down some. Swingout add on would be $300 additional. I can do one like on the truck I posted earlier with that hybrid design, hitch, swingout, hilift mount and jerry can for right at $950

Heck if u get enough interest ill just do a small groupbuy

His truck is all around gorgeous! I personally delivered this bumper to him to be sure everything was perfect for him! Really nice and clean truck!

Hell Yeah, I'll get ahold of you when I'm ready for a bumper, looking into my options for now and was set on the 4x inno, but it's a little expensive for me after the swing out and options, your price is better (By almost 1/4)

Cool deal man! just let me know and ill be glad to do it! My only issue as of now is that for the spindle I use the bumper may have to sit away from the truck more than that, but ill have to see once I get this one done!

How hard is it to weld up the pre-cut but DIY weld bumpers like the All-Pro and Relentless Fab units? I have a MIG Hobart 210, its a good welder, but I'm a novice welder (done one exhaust so far)- curious if I need to brace myself for making a jig of some sort, and become educated on an assembly methodology so that the end product isn't misshaped, has horrible fitment etc.

Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
Personally, before spending the money on something like a bumper, I'd practice by fabbing a bed rack, tire carrier or similar. For less than $100, you can get some steel and work on your welding skills...and you may end up with something useful too ;)

Once you know what your doing, welding wise, then it shouldn't be too difficult. Fitting the puzzle of pieces was the toughest part for us when I did the relentless DIY. If you do go this route then I'd recommend practicing until you feel comfortable. Best way to do the DIY (IMO) is to tack weld everything together then you can remove the bumper and complete the welds.

    Yours is looking good ;)

I'm debating between Elite (no DIY option but its a darn good looking bumper and I have an odd peeve about having good OE blinker cutouts to retain my blinkers), Relentless DIY, and All-Pro Baja (hybrid) w/ their skid plates.
