The plastic cover on the outboard side of my drivers seat has cracked in multiple different places. I am sure it is from getting in and out of my truck. I have called toyota and was told just the piece was $110.00. Does anyone else have this problem. There should atleast be a TSB or recall to where it would be a one for one swap if yours is cracked.

its been a long known problem, no TSB (that Ive heard of).
Just have to be careful getting in/out and not "slide" out of the seat.

Look for OEM parts online, I found a replacement for @ $50 (iirc).
Cant remember the site I used.

Toyotapartsales.com is where I got all my replacement stuff. Great prices too..

Same here. It's a design flaw. When you get in, the seat compresses, and puts weight on the plastic piece. Mine looks horrible. Every truck I looked at before I bought mine had it. I can't believe they want $110 for that shittin piece of plastic. That is sad.

They probably didn't want that kinda coin until everyone started needing one.
