5300Kms Aug Road Trip

I took my 03 on a road trip in Aug and put on 5300 Kms. I was a bit nervous taking a trip in a truck like this but everything was good. It's not for everyone but if you love driving your truck it makes an excellent road trip vehicle.

 

Looks much more scenic than my trips this summer. I've put on about 10,000 miles since May, most of it looks about like this:

Why were you nervous about taking a road trip in your Taco?

 

My extra cab is an awesome road trip machine. I've gone from Florida to Quebec almost 10 times with it since 2009.

 

What made me nervous about a long road trip in the taco is that I'm 49 and I didn't know how my body could take riding long distances in a bumpy little truck. After the trip I felt younger so that's another plus to owning a taco!
