I've searched and searched but I can't find an answer! I changed the lights behind the gauge cluster yesterday (without the dash take apart guide  ) and I blew a fuse for the radio or something, I replaced it and everything was good, got the dashboard back together, EVERYTHING worked fine! turn signals and everything. Then today they worked in the morning but in the afternoon after school they didn't, for the first time ever. I checked all the fuses, they are all good, everything else works! The hazards, horn, and all the other electronics work fine, its just the turn signals, no ticking noise or anything. I have an 03 3.4 with the TRD off-road package, I have no idea what could be causing this. Thanks!

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Check a taillight or front turn signal bulb isn't burned out.

Just checked, all the lights are working. The interior signals flash with the hazards on and make the clicking noise, but nothing when the turn signals are used individually.

Bump. If there a fuse box in the engine compartment, did you check all of them, too? I think there may be a turn signal fuse in there, as well.

Do you have a 4 pin plug for trailer lights. If so I've seen where that can go bad and you will have no turn signals.

I have no trailer hook ups at all, and I checked all the fuses twice, the only "bad" one was for the clutch cancel switch and I have an automatic. It sucks not being able to signal lol

Yep I checked them all. and there is a "turn signal/flasher" fuse under the dash but the hazards work! I checked it and its fine anyways.

I've been doing some more research and I'm thinking I'm going to have to spend the $60 and buy the relay from Toyota. Which wouldn't be a problem if i KNEW thats what was wrong..but I don't, and once I open it I can't return it.

Running into the same exact issue on my 1995 Tacoma, I have replaced the turn signal switch itself, the bulbs, the plug ins, and checked all fuses and I have working flashers but no working turn signals.

    just which fuse did open??

You checked the fuses with a Meter ?? The hazard lights are on the horn fuse.(2000)

Turn signal is on the switched power turn signal fuse.

Had a poor connection from removing the gauge cluster which opened in the course of driving.

A fuse loose in the socket?

It is very simple to test the turn signal flasher with a 12VDC power source.

Always use protected test leads with fuses .

    No signals work?
    Not even on the dash?

We can figure this out, but you’ll need a voltage meter, or even better a test light.
