    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
95-97 have different rear leaf lengths then 98-04.

95-97 have different front ends look wise and interior.

98-00 have differ front ends and interior.

01-04 have different front ends and interiors

E locker rear axle was introduced in 98-04. But some rare 97 have it too.

im familiar with all the interior and exterior looks i got that while shopping in the taco markey but i thought for sure there would be more suspension frame or motor mods?

    Nope, not really.

They introduced an electronic throttle in 2003 but other than shit like daytime running lights, 16" wheels vs 15" wheels, and cosmetics... the trucks don't vary much.
