HELP with wiring front blinkers to markers

I have searched this topic quite a bit but have not found anything that points me in the right direction. I would like to remove the lower portion of my bumper which means that I will have to do something about my front turn signals. I would like to wire it so that with the headlights on the marker lights are on but will also flash when i need the turn signal, and work normally with the headlights off. I'm sure someone has a solution to this but I have not been able to find it. Any suggestions fellas

 

Just mount the lights to the bottom of the bumper.
