Well, I seem to have a never ending supply of shit to fix on my truck.

I was driving to the dealership at lunch to get some gaskets for changing diff fluids.
On the way there, I started getting some horrible up and down shaking (65mph), and it got worse and worse, even when I let off the gas and slowed down to exit. Pulled over, took a look around, and saw nothing.

I drove another mile, ~40mph, still horrible shake. Pulled into a parking lot 1/2 mile from dealership. Checked oils, tranny fluid, coolant, pwr steering fluid, tires, ect.

I noticed my driverside rear drum was stupid hot. The passenger drum, and front rotors were cool. Went I drove, it took higher RPM to go, and would slow to a stop really fast. When I put it in gear, it wouldn't go forward on its own (required quite a bit of gassing it)

I limped over to the dealership, with horrid shake and gritty noises.

I had my brake fluid flushed, and rear drums adjusted last week. I had tons of slack in the E-Brake when I first got it back (10-ish clicks) but now it only slacks out 3-4 clicks

I'm sitting in their waiting room, but I'm curious what you guys think it might be?

    Here's my guesses:

Some adjustment mechanism shit the bed in that brake
    Master cylinder went bad
    Porportioning valve went bad
Axle seal and bearing went bad

    Your thoughts?

I would be inclined to believe that your parking brake system is binding. A quick check would be at the split over the rear differential, where the left and right cables meet. See if there is any slack in the cable. Then check the lever at the left drum. Can you move it in and out by hand? If you can't, then there you go, found the problem. If you cannot move the lever, and it sticks out differently than the right side, it is internal under the drum.

Either way, once you find the problem I would suggest replacing the drum. That kind of heat most likely has either warped it, or cause metal fatigue due to excessive heat.

It was the worst option. Axle seal and bearing went to shit.

It had diff oil and grease inside the drum.

Your Bell Crank is frozen, they rust up and wont release you need to remove the drum and use penetrating oil and a flat bar to move the crank in and out till it becomes unfrozen, better do the passenger side too. Once you have unfrozen the bell cranks start to use your parking brake everytime time you park this will keep the bell crank from rusting/freezing up again.
